Each office location is directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative culture. The BCBAs lead close-knit teams of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and families in their local communities.

We are looking for BCBAs who are eager to provide high quality individualized services to our clients and are excited to support behavior technicians as they implement customized behavior treatment programs. This requires compassion, a firm grasp of ABA, and professionalism.

If you desire to help children with autism or special needs and want to build a rewarding career where you can serve others, Spectrum Therapies is the place for you! Spectrum Therapies  franchisees also provide supervision and training for Technicians interested in becoming BCBA-certified. This position often has flexible hours (part-time or full-time) and involves high levels of interaction with the client, the client’s family, other Technicians, and your BCBA Supervisor.

 

Prospective behavior technicians must complete additional training, which can be provided in-house if hired.
